Housekeeping did a great job keeping the room clean every day. The bed was well made, and the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. Near the subway, and very easy to get to Kansai Airport.

If you are arriving via train like myself, do not recommend this if you have many luggages. Although location seemed right next to the JR station, it was actually quite a long walk and there’s no lift at the overhead bridge , you need to push your luggage up/down the ramp slope. It was extremely cold to walk the distance in winter. Stayed here because of the Nina onsen which actually isn’t located in the same building, need to exit hotel and take a short walk to the other side. After a long and tiring day out, it’s quite a hassle ??? Hotel has a nice view though.

房間較大，適合親子出游。地理位置優越離JR和地鐵基本在10分鐘內的路程。

本次與媽媽入住，十分滿意，房間空間大，有靚景，價格有性價比，酒店一樓對面已經有便利店，餐廳，藥房和空庭溫泉，早上6-9am 這酒店的住客是免費浸晨浴，體驗十分好。

A good hotel with great sunrise view?? The hotel is located at high floors, so the view is not blocked at all. In terms of room cleanliness, the bedsheet is clean and we do not find dust everywhere. I joined the morning breakfast buffet at ￥2000 only. The breakfast was yummy(especially the salad), but I would say they could provide more food choices. Generally it was a nice and economical stay. The hotel is also located next to Bentencho Station, which is very convenient to take the JR. Highly recommended ?? thank you for the good hospitality!!

打開窗戶可以俯瞰整個大阪灣，不過白天或夜晚都非常的漂亮，第二天下午還剛好遇到飄雪，超美飯店要搭中央線或環狀線都蠻方便的，稍稍美中不足的是淋浴的水壓有時候有點弱

關西機場有特急直達好方便。住45樓以上好好風景，早餐不錯，房間夠大，樓下有個溫泉要付費，住客收平d.，不是酒店的溫泉洗浴中心，好多人，去一次就夠。反正以后都會訂呢間酒店，真的不錯。

性價比超高酒店！?地點方便位于地鐵上蓋，??有超市有便利店有咖啡廳亦有商場食肆！如果去環球影城更加方便只需半小時就到！ ?鄰近隔離就系著名嘅空庭溫泉，住戶更加半價可以購買門票！抵！?房間必須住高層！景色可以看到大阪景觀，夜景更加系加滿分！ ?房間適中走廊位置可以放一個大篋，床鋪舒服！?廁所一個大浴缸，?可浸浴！ ?我給這間酒店很高分評價！

超滿意的一家酒店，房間大，乾凈，安靜，景色好，服務好，離環球不遠，基本20多分鐘就到了。去天王寺，梅田，各個景點，關西機場都非常方便。三樓的新竹回轉壽司孩子們念念不忘。下次來大阪還會入住這家酒店，性價比之王。
