Housekeeping did a great job keeping the room clean every day. The bed was well made, and the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. Near the subway, and very easy to get to Kansai Airport.

If you are arriving via train like myself, do not recommend this if you have many luggages. Although location seemed right next to the JR station, it was actually quite a long walk and there’s no lift at the overhead bridge , you need to push your luggage up/down the ramp slope. It was extremely cold to walk the distance in winter. Stayed here because of the Nina onsen which actually isn’t located in the same building, need to exit hotel and take a short walk to the other side. After a long and tiring day out, it’s quite a hassle ??? Hotel has a nice view though.

房间较大，适合亲子出游。地理位置优越离JR和地铁基本在10分钟内的路程。

本次与妈妈入住，十分满意，房间空间大，有靓景，价格有性价比，酒店一楼对面已经有便利店，餐厅，药房和空庭温泉，早上6-9am 这酒店的住客是免费浸晨浴，体验十分好。

A good hotel with great sunrise view?? The hotel is located at high floors, so the view is not blocked at all. In terms of room cleanliness, the bedsheet is clean and we do not find dust everywhere. I joined the morning breakfast buffet at ￥2000 only. The breakfast was yummy(especially the salad), but I would say they could provide more food choices. Generally it was a nice and economical stay. The hotel is also located next to Bentencho Station, which is very convenient to take the JR. Highly recommended ?? thank you for the good hospitality!!

打开窗户可以俯瞰整个大阪湾，不过白天或夜晚都非常的漂亮，第二天下午还刚好遇到飘雪，超美饭店要搭中央线或环状线都蛮方便的，稍稍美中不足的是淋浴的水压有时候有点弱

关西机场有特急直达好方便。住45楼以上好好风景，早餐不错，房间够大，楼下有个温泉要付费，住客收平d.，不是酒店的温泉洗浴中心，好多人，去一次就够。反正以后都会订呢间酒店，真的不错。

性价比超高酒店！?地点方便位于地铁上盖，??有超市有便利店有咖啡厅亦有商场食肆！如果去环球影城更加方便只需半小时就到！ ?邻近隔离就系着名嘅空庭温泉，住户更加半价可以购买门票！抵！?房间必须住高层！景色可以看到大阪景观，夜景更加系加满分！ ?房间适中走廊位置可以放一个大箧，床铺舒服！?厕所一个大浴缸，?可浸浴！ ?我给这间酒店很高分评价！

超满意的一家酒店，房间大，乾净，安静，景色好，服务好，离环球不远，基本20多分钟就到了。去天王寺，梅田，各个景点，关西机场都非常方便。三楼的新竹回转寿司孩子们念念不忘。下次来大阪还会入住这家酒店，性价比之王。
